This safety policy guides all our actions. The most important goal of our safety operations is to ensure that<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the tramway system can be implemented and taken into use without serious work accidents or third-party incidents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>safety of tramway operation is taken into consideration in the planning and implementation of the tramway system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commercial operation of the Tampere Tramway can be started safely, and Tramway operation is safe in all conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>everyone feels safe working at our common workplace. Our company is part of the Vision Zero Forum network and aspires to achieve its highest safety level classification every year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-beige-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-beige-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 49%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To the personnel of our company<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our company\u2019s ESG Programme for 2022-2025 was created together with our personnel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We monitor the wellbeing of our personnel with the KivaQ wellbeing at work survey designed for the subsidiaries of Tampere City Group.\u00a0Our KivaQ index is 8.55 on a scale of 1\u201310.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have a dialogue meeting four times a year with all personnel to discuss themes related to wellbeing at work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We develop our personnel\u2019s knowhow. Our teams have annual educational budgets, and we invest in the development of supervisor work with common and personal trainings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><figure
